Return Policy

Cups, earrings, mugs, pendant necklaces, and pitchers cannot be returned. Due to the limited number of participants in each in-store class your payment is non-refundable. Other products can be returned within thirty calendar days in the same condition when it was shipped or picked up, product is not damaged or used, and payment will be refunded within five business days (does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) in the same form of payment that was made when purchased.

Shed Brand Studios specializes in custom stained glass, handcrafted solid wood doors, specialty glass and mirror, and various other related and highly technical crafts. Due to the nature of our work:

  • All custom orders are subject to approval, timeline estimates, and material availability;

  • Colors, textures, and wood grain may vary from photos or samples due to natural variation;

  • Final pricing will be confirmed prior to order via invoice acceptance and is subject to change based on custom specifications.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all projects.

  • Shed Brand Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available for delivery.

  • Any damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is owned by Shed Brand Studios or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

If you submit photos, reviews, or any other content to us:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your content in our marketing and on our Site;

  • You affirm that you own or have the right to share the content;

  • We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason.
